What hours are you on call?

Standard retainers cover business hours. Extended and 24/7 coverage is available for critical systems — priced honestly based on actual rotation requirements.

How are retainers priced?

Hourly bank-style: you buy a block of hours per month, we report what was spent on what, and unused hours roll over within reason. No surprise overages.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Month-to-month. We’d rather lose a client than hold one with contracts they don’t want.
