Full-time CodeNova engineers, primarily US-based. We’re a small senior team — no offshore farms or rotating contractors.

What does it cost?

Senior engineering hourly rates, billed transparently. Lower than typical US contractors at the senior level, higher than offshore — because the work and accountability are both higher.

Will they fit our team culture?

That’s on us to get right. We propose specific engineers with relevant background and you meet them before we start. If the fit isn’t there, we propose someone else.

Can we hire them eventually?

Yes. We don’t enforce no-hire clauses. If an engineer is a great fit for you and wants the role, we facilitate the transition cleanly.
